Overview
Evvnt is in the process of consolidating login pages across its products into a single unified login. Depending on when you created your account and which Evvnt product you originally signed up through, your login experience may vary. This article covers how to access your account, what to do if you're having trouble signing in, and how the login consolidation affects existing accounts.

The Unified Login Page
Evvnt has been moving from separate login pages for each product to a single unified login. The updated login page is the central entry point for all Evvnt accounts.
- If you log in with Evvnt Ticketing credentials, you'll be able to choose between all available profiles associated with that email address.
- If you log in with Evvnt Marketing/Calendar credentials, you'll be taken directly to that account.
Trouble Signing In
If you're not sure which login to use or are having trouble accessing your account, use the Recover password option on the login page. This will reset your access and show you all available profile options tied to your email address.
Common reasons for login issues:
- You created your account on an older login page that has since been redirected.
- You have accounts under the same email across different Evvnt products.
- Your browser has cached credentials from an older login flow.
Tip: If you continue to have issues after a password reset, try clearing your browser cookies for Evvnt sites, or use a private/incognito browser window.
Multiple Profiles
If your email address is associated with more than one Evvnt profile — for example, a marketing/calendar account and a ticketing account — the unified login will present your available profiles after sign-in. Select the profile you want to use for that session.
Changing Your Account Email
Email addresses can't be changed on existing accounts — they serve as permanent identifiers in our system. Instead, create a new user with your updated email. The new user will have full access to all your events, data, and tools. Nothing is lost.
