Overview
If your event has an admission cost or requires tickets, the event form includes fields for sharing that information with calendar readers. These fields are for displaying ticket details on your event listing — they let people know what to expect and where to purchase. They do not create a ticket-selling storefront or process transactions.
If you need to actually sell tickets directly through Evvnt, a separate ticket-selling option is available that creates a dedicated ticketing page for your event. Contact our support team for more information about Evvnt Ticketing.

Enabling the Ticket Fields
Ticket information is entered by selecting Yes in the Tickets section of the event form. This expands the section to reveal the ticket detail fields described below.
Ticket Types and Prices
If your event has different ticket types — such as General Admission, VIP, Student, Early Bird, or OAP — you can list each one with a name and price. The calendar listing will display a price range showing the lowest and highest prices entered.
The Advanced Form allows you to add multiple ticket type entries. The Quick Form supports basic pricing information.
Ticketing URL
The Ticketing URL field is where you provide a link to your external ticketing page — for example, a link to your event on Eventbrite, Ticketmaster, or your own box office page. This link will be displayed on your event listing so readers can click through to purchase tickets.
This field is especially important for premium syndication, as the ticketing link will be included on every calendar and site where your event is placed.
Event Capacity
You can enter your event's capacity to let readers know how many attendees the event accommodates. This is a display-only field — it does not enforce any limits or track actual ticket sales.
Displaying Ticket Info vs. Selling Tickets
It's important to understand the distinction:
- Ticket information fields (covered in this article) display pricing, ticket types, and a link to an external ticketing page on your event listing. No transactions happen through Evvnt.
- Evvnt Ticketing is a separate product that creates a ticket-selling page, processes payments, manages capacity, and handles attendee check-in. If you're interested in selling tickets through Evvnt, reach out to our support team to learn more.
