Our online subscription packages provide you with premium event credits every month to promote your events. The number of credits you have, when they replenish, and when they will expire is determined by the day of the month when you first purchased the package.
Your subscription is not required to be active for your promotions to remain active. Your promotions will be active after you apply the credit and will remain active until the event date comes to pass.
The credits will be provided on the first day of the billing cycle. Those credits will need to be applied to events within 30 days of the billing date. The date when the event is taking place is inconsequential, it only matters that you apply the credit to the event within the billing period.
Checking Your Package
You can check your package by visiting the My Account section and viewing the Packages page at https://app.evvnt.com/packages.

How Many Credits Do I Have Left?
The "Credits Remaining" field will show you how many events you have left in your current cycle.
This should also be visible in the main navigation when logged in. See the "Credits" text next to the "Add Event" button at the top of your dashboard.
When Do I Get New Credits?
The "Replenish Date" shows when new credits will become available. This is linked to the initial day you purchased your package, and not linked to the calendar month. For example, if you purchased your package on August 10, then your credits must be used before September 10, and on that day you will receive a new batch of credits.
Do My Credits Roll-Over?
Credits from month-to-month subscriptions don't currently roll-over. More information in our terms at evvnt.com/terms
How Do I Cancel A Subscription Package?
Using the "Cancel Package" button on the Packages page is the best way to submit a cancellation request. Please review our terms of service for additional questions.
