Q: Why is my event not on a site when my report say it is "Promoted" there?

A: We have both automatic and manual processes for sending your event to multiple listing sites. Automatic submissions will post immediately (within minutes). The manual submission sites may be reported as "promoted" after it has been submitted to a site. However, there can be a moderation period on those sites that can last between 5-10 days or more. Our service will submit the event to these external sites, but we cannot account for any editorial decisions regarding submissions to some sites.

We recommend posting your events at least 4-6 weeks in advance of the event to account for this expected lag in some cases. In the case of an event being posted with a shorter lead time, we can recommend using our Evvnt "Premium Email" service for immediate distribution of your event details to opt-in email subscribers in and around your event's location.
