With the recent addition of ticketing to our service there is some confusion over the separate logins for these services.
For existing users of the Geotix ticketing service (now Evvnt), log in here for access to your Ticketing settings. All other Evvnt accounts will login at app.evvnt.com.
If you are an Evvnt user and you would like to activate access to Evvnt, you can create that account by selecting "
If you have trouble logging in:
- Clear your cookies in the browser you are using and try again.
- Next, try an alternate browser (we recommend Google's Chrome as a primary browser and Firefox or Safari as alternatives).
- Lastly, try following the "Forgot your password" option. Even if you know the password is correct, sometimes requesting and following through with a reset can clear out minor bugs.
- If the above steps still leave you with errors, please submit a request for support. In your request, noting what you have tried, and any error message or a screenshot of the failed page.
