If that immediate notification delivered, you can login here to view your message history with Evvnt Support.
In-app chat — When you're logged into the platform, look for the chat option. If you leave the app before we reply, we'll email you so you don't miss the response.
Phone — You can call 855-708-1078 and select the appropriate options. Be sure to leave a message if we cannot answer. We'll call back as soon as possible for time-sensitive issues tied to a live event where tickets are actively being sold or redeemed.
