Getting Started
Before you can sell tickets, you'll need to set up your organization, understand the admin interface, and create your first event. Tickets, Pricing, and Promos
Once your event exists, you'll configure how tickets are sold. The platform supports simple general admission tickets, tiered pricing, timed-entry tickets, reserved seating with floor plans, and more. You can create promo codes and early access offers to drive sales, and control how and when tickets are available — including options for in-person-only sales by your staff. You can choose to absorb ticket fees into your price or let the system add them on top.
