When you are ready to submit your event and have completed the first step, which is to fill out all of the required fields (Title, Venue, Description and so on), you will be prompted to add your images. You are able to add up to 2 good quality images which follow our guidelines.
It is always recommended to upload at least one image than no image at all in order to be listed on good quality publisher sites.
When uploading your images please remember that for improved image optimisation, we recommend using a square image as this size seems to be most compatible with the majority of listing sites. As you can imagine, every publisher in our technology has different dimension requirements. This being the case, it is very difficult to cater for all of our event listing sites.
Of course there are publishers that only allow one image rather than two, in this case the first image you upload will be your default image, so please ensure your priority image is always uploaded first.
Please also be aware that some publishers have editorial restrictions and may use their own imagery for submitted events, there are also some publishers that do not have the capacity on their event listing pages for an image to be used.
