For customers on a subscription package, please refer to the Agreed Date on the Sales Order Agreement. Event credits are allocated per month and do not roll over. Your refresh date occurs on the same day of every month. For example: if you signed up on the 14th April, you will be allocated new event credits on 14th May, 14th June, 14th July and so forth.
