Eventbrite Import: Multi-Users Support

Eventbrite support a feature that allows additional accounts or users to be added as Sub-users to an account. This is referred to as Multi-Users, and allow different levels of access to different accounts.

Unfortunately, if you are using evvnt with a sub-user Eventbrite account, you will not be able to use our Eventbrite Import feature when submitting an event. This is due to the permission rights that delegated to you as a sub-user.

If you are unsure whether or not you are a sub-user, you can very easily check by doing the following:

1. Log In

Log in to your Eventbrite account.

2. Account Details

From the navigation bar click your email address, and then Account.

3. Sub-User

Your account details should be visible, including how long you have been an Eventbrite account holder.

If a main account holder email address is displayed, then you are acting as a sub-user.


Connecting your evvnt account with this Eventbrite account will allow you to import the desired event. You will need to get in contact with the owner of this account.
