Finding an Order
The order list will show all orders for the portal or organization. Use the left-side navigation menu to go to Orders (#1 in the image below) to view a list of orders made with the most recent at the top.
The orders list will offer a search (#2 above) by customer name, email, or order number. You can apply a filter (#3 above) to parse out orders for ticket, donations, memberships, and gift cards.

You can manage orders from the order page (see above if you need help finding it).

Resend Email Confirmation (#4):
Sends a new confirmation email to the customer. If they still don’t receive it, verify or update the email by editing their info via the three-dot menu. -
Send Tickets via SMS Text:
Select “Send Tickets via Text,” enter a valid 10-digit phone number, and the customer receives a link to their PDF ticket. -
Change Ticket Delivery Method (#5):
Use the drop-down to select a new delivery method. If no drop-down is shown, only one delivery method was allowed at purchase. -
Print Tickets:
After selecting ticket(s), click “Print” to generate page-sized tickets (or save them as a PDF). -
Refund Tickets:
Selecting ticket(s) and clicking “Refund” issues a full refund (including fees) to the original payment method. -
Exchange Tickets:
Choose ticket(s), select “Exchange,” and apply the value to different tickets for the same or another event within the organization. -
Release Tickets:
This frees the ticket for resale without refunding the buyer. Useful when an attendee forfeits their spot with no refund. -
Donate Tickets:
Direct ticket revenue to a donation fund by selecting ticket(s) and clicking “Donate,” creating a donation order for their value. -
Order Comments (#3):
Add custom, searchable text notes on the order page. Comments don’t appear in reports and are visible only within the order.
Names on Tickets
Our system cannot place unique attendee names on tickets. You can collect attendee names for tickets using a registration form, but those names will only be accessible by staff via the registration report and the names will not be added to the printed or online versions of the tickets. The only name on a ticket will be the name used for the order. You can edit the customer name by clicking on the customer name in the order (#1 in the image below) and then use the "Edit" option to change the name.
