The Ticketing system is accessed via the Web App at https://app.evvnt.events. Access requires a verified email and password for login.
Navigation Menu
The web app is easily navigated using the menu on the left side of every page. Be aware that the navigation menu may be hidden when the browser window is less than a particular width. If you do not see the navigation menu on the left side, look for the option to expand it, widen your window size, or zoom out to give more space in the window.
User Access
A "staff" user is able to process new sales, log in to the mobile box office app to scan and sell tickets, and can log in to the web app to see orders and events, though they will not see revenue totals.
An "admin" user can do all the above, plus access all reports and data, and make changes to any items owned by an organization.
An "account owner" user has admin access with one additional ability: access to the Stripe Bank info options. Access to the connected Stripe account is solely determined by the user who initiates the banking connection... Stripe connected account for ticket payment.
Switching Users
If you have more than one user type associated with your email address, you can switch between them from the top-right user menu.
