When will I be paid?
Ticket sales revenue becomes available for payout 7 days after your event ends. This 7-day window allows time for any sales or refunds to settle in the payment processor before funds are released.
Once your revenue is ready, your payout frequency setting determines how often a payout is processed to your account. Your organization may be set to receive payouts:
- Nightly – payouts will process on the day* that they are available
- Weekly – processed every Monday
- Fortnightly – processed every other Monday (odd-numbered weeks)
- Monthly – processed on the 1st of each month*
Example: If your event ends on April 1st and your payout frequency is set to weekly, your funds will be available starting April 8th, and then included in the next Monday payout either on or after April 8.
*Payouts are not disbursed on weekends or bank holidays. If your revenue becomes available for payout on a weekend then it will be paid out on the next weekday based on your payout schedule.
