- Targeting Options: Your audience can be targeted by region or interest.
- Preview & Test: Send a test email to yourself or a colleague to ensure formatting looks correct.
- Analytics & Reporting: After sending, you can monitor open rates, clicks, and conversions from your dashboard.
Steps to Purchase and Send a Premium Email for Your Event

Locate Email Marketing on Your Event Page
- Log in and select your event.
- Scroll below the Engagement section to find the Email Marketing option.

Create or Manage Campaigns
- Choose Create New Campaign or manage an existing draft or scheduled campaign.
- This is where you will see email stats like opens, clicks, and conversions after your email is sent.

Edit Your Campaign Details
- Campaign Name: Internal reference only.
- From & Subject Line: Visible to email recipients.
- Email Body: By default, this includes content from your event listing. You can modify it.
- Save and Send a Test: Once edited, save your changes and send a test copy to yourself.

Select Location & Interests
- Zip Code: Only one can be used per campaign; default is your event’s location but can be changed.
- Interests: Subscribers self-selected these categories. Our system finds all subscribers matching your chosen interests in a location.

Schedule Your Campaign
- While the audience compiles, pick a date and time to send.
- You can schedule up to the day of the event or set it earlier.

Choose Audience Size & Pay
- Once the system determines your audience, select how large you want it to be.
- The system may expand the search radius to meet your requested audience size.
- The map is an approximation and the system may need to reach out farther than shown to find the number of subscribers you have selected.
- A price is shown based on the audience size
- Complete payment to queue the email.

Manage & Track
- Return to this section at the bottom of your event page and select the "Manage Campaigns" option to see scheduled campaigns, finish drafts, and review open/click rates.

- If you need to change the scheduled time or edit the email content, then our support team can help in most cases.
- Use the "Submit a request" option at the top of this article page to request an edit a premium email that you purchased.
- Please allow up to 48 hours advance notice for any requested changes to be made.
