How to Access the Event Engagement Report

• Log In to the ticketing platform.

• Navigate to the event you want to review.

• Scroll down the page to see the "Engagement" section

• Click the "Engagement Report" link in the Engagement section to expand the section

What the Engagement Report Shows

• Event Calendar Locations: See all the event calendars where your event has been automatically posted.

• Source of Views: View counts from each calendar source. Click on the source name to view that calendar page, then scroll or search to find your event on that calendar.

• Promotion Options: Click to explore premium options for boosting your event’s visibility.

• Automatic Sharing: Your event is automatically shared on the free tier once it's published with tickets available.

• View Metrics: A view is counted each time someone loads your event in their view on a respective event calendar.
