You can collect additional attendee information by asking questions from ticket buyers during checkout by adding a Registration Form.
How to enable a registration form:
- Navigate to the event's edit page.
- Open Show Advanced Settings and select Create a Form.
- Add your questions and set preferences for response collection (per order/ticket).
Only one form is allowed for an event. You can limit the form to be used for specific tickets. There is no option to have different questions asked for different tickets. You can make some questions required and others option. You can ask the questions once per order or ask all the questions for each ticket.
Known Issues
There is no option to remove or hide a question once it has been answered in an order. Make sure your questions are correct before publishing or testing the purchase process as you will not be able to edit or remove questions once they have been answered.
