To change the name associated with an order, click on the customer name in the order or go directly to the customer by searching the customers list. When viewing the customer details, you’ll have the option to edit the customer information and update the name linked to the email address.
Our system doesn’t currently support adding unique attendee names to individual tickets within a single order. All tickets will display the name of the person who placed the order. If you need to collect attendee names, you can do so through a registration form, which staff can access via the registration report. However, please note that these names won’t appear on the printed or online versions of the tickets—the only name displayed on a ticket will be that of the order purchaser.
