How do I "Publish" my event? The published status (#3) will show on the right side of the page above the revenue graph. It will show a green dot next to the word "Published" if it is published. It will show an orange dot next to the word "Draft" if it is unpublished. You can click the status text to have the option to change the status and the indicator will update.
Is my event Public or Private? Your event will show a "Private" notice above the event title at the top of the page. If it does not show "Private" there then the event is Public. To change the status, you can click the "3 dots" overflow menu (#4) to see an option for "Set to Private" or "Set to Public". If it says "Set to Private" then that is another indication that the event is currently Public.
How do I view only one of the dates for my recurring event? Under the title is a calendar and the text "All dates" (#5). Click on that to reveal the list of dates and select that date. You can no longer select multiple dates at once. If you would like to view the sales for each event date you can select all dates and use the "View Reports" option in the Ticket Sales area (#2) and select the "Sales by Event" report.
How do I process an order for my event? There will be an "Add order" option in the Ticket Sales area (#2) on the dashboard. If that option is not available then you can navigate to the "Add Orders" page using the left-side navigation menu.
