Why has my card been charged again?

Our subscription packages are on monthly billing terms, giving you a set number of event credits to use each month. One single packages are are one-time purchase of event credits to use.

For subscription, each month you are liable to pay the monthly subscription charge.  You are able to cancel at any time, however you do need to inform us straight away so we can make sure that you do not get charged again. Informing us of your desire to cancel will serve a 30 day notice, and your account will be closed at the end of the current month cycle.
